OUR CLIENTS INCLUDE

Creating meaningful diversity initiatives to produce inclusive workplaces

Assistant Professor of Human Resource Development

University of Arkansas

"Many workplaces could benefit from hearing Dr. Sims, or, at the very least, examining the work she has done. My students enjoyed the talk on unearned privilege, as it's a topic that's often vilified in the current political climate. Dr. Sims's approach offered a fresh, balanced perspective that I believe everyone could learn from."

Vice President of People Equity and Culture

UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago

“S.I.M.S. LLC is not your ordinary consultancy firm. Dr. Sims is a passionate and strategic leader that has made the commitment to ensure that organizations thrive. Her holistic approach has initiated a culturally humble foundation at UCP Seguin of Greater Chicago through education, policy adjustment and shifting organization culture.”

Graduate Student, Department of Social Work

DePaul University

"I really enjoyed the discussion on macroaggressions [microaggressions at an institutional level] and microinsults. As someone who will be going into the social work field soon, I think it is so important to shine a light on these topics."

"I really liked how all aspects of bias were covered, like height and weight too. It was also helpful to have academic names for the types of bias because it makes it more grounded in science as opposed to someone's opinion."
